Preliminary Procedure Remove the rear seat cushion. Refer to Rear Seat Cushion Replacement.
1	Rear Seat Back Cushion Bolt Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section. Tighten 41 N·m (30 lb ft)
2	Rear Seat Back Cushion Tip Insert a flat-bladed tool between the top of the rear seat back and the rear shelf. Push the flat-bladed tool down to release the four retainers in order to remove the rear seat back.

Tighten
41 N·m (30 lb ft)

Rear Seat Back Cushion

Tip

Insert a flat-bladed tool between the top of the rear seat back and the rear shelf.
Push the flat-bladed tool down to release the four retainers in order to remove the rear seat back.
