The information given in TEST B: EBCM POWER/GROUND, step 2, found in the 1992 Electrical Systems Manuals (Antilock Brake System section), is only applicable to vehicles equipped with traction control (NW9). Therefore, when diagnosing vehicles not equipped with traction control (NW9), do not perform step 2.
