This Bulletin updates Section 6E3, "Driveability and Emissions" Chart A3, "Engine Cranks But Won't Run" (Type I Ignition) (Page 1 of 4) for 1991 "C" and 1992 "C/H" models and Chart A3 (Page 1 of 3) for 1991 "E" models equipped with the 3800 (VIN L) engine.
The revised chart addresses the possibility of an invalid PASS-Key fuel enable signal causing the "Cranks But Won't Run" condition.
