  1. Remove the reverse band servo piston spring (49) from the servo piston assembly (44).
  2. Remove the oil seal ring (43) from the servo piston (44).
  3. Use a small screwdriver in order to remove the snap ring (42) from the servo piston pin (48).
  4. Remove the servo piston (44), the servo piston cushion spring (45), the servo piston retainer (46), and the servo piston pin (48).
  5. If the servo piston cushion spring retainer (17) is damaged, remove the retainer from the servo piston (44).
