Was the Wiper/Washer System Check performed?

  1. Turn the ignition ON.
  2. Press the washer switch.

Do the washers operate?

Replace the wiper motor. Refer to Windshield Wiper Motor Replacement .

Is the repair complete?

  1. Disconnect the harness connector from the wiper motor.
  2. Connect a test light between the wiper motor connector (harness side), terminals B and C.

Is the test light on?

Go to Step 10

Connect a test light from wiper motor connector (harness side), terminal B, to ground.

Is the test light on?

--

Go to Step 9

Check the WSW fuse in the IP Fuse Block.

Is the fuse open?

Replace the fuse.

Is the replacement complete?

Repair the open in CKT 243.

Is the replacement of repair complete?

Repair the open in CKT 150.

Connect a test light from the wiper motor connector (harness side), terminal H, to ground.

Is the test light on?

Check the WSW/RFA fuse in the IP Fuse Block.

Is the fuse open?

Replace the fuse.
