Adjustment Procedure

    Object Number: 105453 Size: SH
  1. Remove the hinges from the pillar and the door. Perform the following steps:
    2. 1.1. Ream the stud holes in the pillar side of the hinges in order to allow adjustment.
    1.2. Reinstall the hinges to the pillar and the door. Leave the nuts on the pillar side of the hinge loose.
    1.3. Align the door, as needed.
    1.4. Tighten the hinge nuts.
  2. Perform the following steps in order to adjust the door:
    3. 2.1. Loosen the nuts on the door side of the hinge.
    2.2. Align the door, as needed.
    2.3. Tighten the bolts.
  3. Readjust the door glass. Refer to Front Side Door Window Adjustment or Rear Side Door Window Adjustment .
