With the gear selector in PARK position, battery positive voltage is applied from the TRUNK REL fuse through CKT 1140 (ORN) to the fuel door release actuator. Pressing the fuel door release switch grounds the actuator through CKT 79 (PNK), the switch contacts and CKT 450 (BLK). The fuel door release actuator energizes, releasing the fuel filler door.
