Console

1. Disconnect the electrical connections from the phone. Set the handset aside.
2. Remove the console bin. Refer to Front Floor Console Compartment Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gauges and Console.
3. Cut the tie strap securing the phone connector. Feed the wiring through the hole in the console bin.
4. Remove the screws securing the phone mounting plate to the console bin.

1. Hold the bin backwards above the console. Route the harness through the large hole in the bin.
2. Feed the 10-way adapter harness through the small hole, leaving about 10 cm (4 in) of slack.
3. Connect the 10-way connector to the phone adapter.
4. Install the tie strap in the same location as previously removed.
5. Feed the excess slack back into the large hole in the bin.
6. Install the phone mounting plate to the console bin.
7. Install the console bin to the console. Ensure that the phone wiring is free and is not pinched.
8. Press PWR in order to check for proper electrical connections.

Coil Cord Retainer

1. Remove the console door inner panel.
2. Remove the screw securing the retainer.
3. Remove the retainer.

1. Install the screw to the retainer.
2. Install the inner panel to the console door.
3. Install the hook coil cord around the retainer.
4. Close the lid.

60/40 Armrest

1. Open the armrest lid.
2. Disconnect the electrical connection from the interface card at the hinge.
3. Lift the hang up cup from the armrest.



4. Remove the screws securing the hang up cup to the storage tray bracket.

1. Install the screws securing the hang up cup to the storage bracket.
2. Install the hang up cup assembly on the armrest.
3. Connect the electrical connection at the interface card.
4. Close the armrest lid.

Hinge Bracket

1. Disconnect the electrical connection from the interface card at the hinge.
2. Remove the phone assembly from the side of the armrest.
3. Remove the hinge screws from the armrest cover securing the phone bracket.
4. If the interface is being serviced, remove the 2 screws securing the interface card to the phone bracket.

1. Install the phone bracket to the armrest cover hinge screws.
2. Install the phone assembly to the side of the armrest.
3. Connect the phone electrical connection to the interface card.
4. Press PWR in order to verify the proper electrical connection.
