This bulletin is being revised to add the 2004 and 2005 model years. Please discard Corporate Bulletin Number 03-00-89-002 (Section 00 - General Information).
New Owner Orientation Clinic materials are now available to all U.S. dealers through the GMPartsCoop.com website.
Materials include presentation templates, scripts and meeting leader guides which detail key information such as a suggested clinic agenda and presentation best practices. Download the materials from the site and work with your local printing supplier to have them professionally reproduced in sizes and quantities to meet your needs.
To access the materials, go to GMPartsCoop.com. Click on the word "Download" in the blue navigation bar, then select "Program Materials" in the red navigation bar. In the "Select a Program Category" drop down menu, select "New-Owner Orientation Clinic." There you will find an instruction sheet and all the materials you need to host your own New Owner Orientation Clinic.
