Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 259393 Size: SH

    Important: Do not damage the front and rear reveal moldings when you remove the roof panel joint molding.

  1. Beginning at the front clip (1), use a trim stick or the equivalent tool in order to pry up the roof panel joint molding (2).
  2. Work rearward until you remove the roof panel joint molding (2).

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 259393 Size: SH
  1. Align the roof panel joint molding (2) over the clips (1).
  2. Slip the front end of the roof panel joint molding under the reveal molding.
  3. Push the reveal molding down in order to secure the roof panel joint molding (2).
  4. Work to the rear of the vehicle in order to secure the remaining clips.
  5. Do not damage the rear reveal molding while securing the rear clip.

    6. If a retainer clip weldstud is broken or missing, order an adhesive mount replacement from GM Service Parts.
