Test Description
The numbers below refer to the step numbers on the diagnostic table.
Important: Make sure that the passenger window lockout option is selected as ON in the vehicle owner customizing menu.
If the window lockout selection is OFF, set it to ON and verify that the fault is still present.-
This step determines if the driver door module (DDM) receives the lockout switch input from the driver door switch assembly (DDSA).

This step determines if the indicator is operating properly.

Observe both the lockout indicator on the lockout switch button and the Driver Door Lockout Sw. parameter on the scan tool, while operating the lockout switch.
