Pull rearward on the left IP accessory trim plate (1) in order to disengage the left IP accessory trim plate retainers.

Align the left trim plate retainers to the IP.
Apply pressure to the left IP accessory trim plate (1) to engage the left IP accessory trim plate retainers.
