Rear Side Door Sill Trim Plate Replacement TrailBlazer EXT, Envoy XL, Envoy XUV

1. If removing the right rear seal plate on the Envoy XUV, remove the jack stowage cover first. Refer to Jack Stowage Cover Replacement .



2. Use a flat-bladed tool in order to release the 3 sill plate retaining tabs.
3. Remove the sill plate from the door frame.
4. Remove any retaining tabs that remain attached to the door frame.

1. Ensure that all 3 retaining tabs are attached to the sill plate.
2. Align the retaining tabs to the door frame slots.
3. Push down on the sill plate, seating the retaining tabs to the door frame.
4. Install the jack stowage cover, if removed. Refer to Jack Stowage Cover Replacement .
