INSTRUMENT PANEL PAD LOOSE FROM BASE CARRIER ASSEMBLY

MODELS AFFECTED: 1988 AND 1989 BUICK REGAL

Regluing loose instrument panel pads to the base may be accomplished with the use of Loctite(R) Super Bonder

1. Remove instrument panel pad and place on clean work surface.

2. Carefully remove vinyl backing from foam pad at loose area.

3. Apply Loctite (R) Super Bonder to pad following manufacturers instructions.
