ENGINE OIL FILTER ERROR IN OWNERS MANUAL/REVISED PF40

MODELS AFFECTED: ALL 1988 REGALS

NOTICE: This bulletin is being reissued to correct the oil filter number. Correct filter is a PF40. Please discard 88-0-4 and replace it with this new one, 88-0-4A.

The 1988 Regal Owner's Manual incorrectly specifies a PF35 oil filter on Page 6-2. The correct filter is PF40.

The next edition of the Regal Owner's Manual will specify the appropriate filter.
