PASSENGER AND/OR DRIVER SEAT BACK RATTLE

MODELS AFFECTED: 1988 REGALS WITH AR9 (BUCKET) OR AM6 (55/45) SEAT OPTIONS

Seat back rattle may be repaired by installing two (2) wavy washers, Part Number 17967750, and one flat washer, Part Number 17967025, as described and illustrated. This repair should be applied to both passenger and driver's seat.

1. Remove front seat back as described in Section 9 of the Body Service Manual.

2. Install one flat and two wavy washers, as illustrated, over the spacer.

3. Reinstall seat back and torque all bolts to specified values as called for in the Service Manual, Section 9.
