CONDITION:

Door lock opening effort on 1990 Regal Coupes could be high on vehicles built prior to VIN 2G4WB14T5L1432425.

CAUSE:

Deflection of lock/handle escutcheon by retaining screw.

CORRECTION:

Remove inside door handle escutcheon. Apply adhesive backed spacer, P/N 10185498 as illustrated. Reinstall escutcheon.
