Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the case side cover. Refer to Control Valve Body Cover Replacement .

    2. Object Number: 48209 Size: SH
  2. Use a small flat-bladed tool in order to remove the wiring harness from the solenoid valve(s) and/or the sensor.

    3. Object Number: 48210 Size: SH
  3. Remove the wiring harness.
  4. Remove the clips retaining the solenoid(s).

    5. Object Number: 49328 Size: SH
  5. Remove the solenoid(s).

    6. Object Number: 49327 Size: SH
  6. Remove the solenoid.

    7. Object Number: 49407 Size: SH
  7. Inspect the wiring harness.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 49327 Size: SH
  1. Install the solenoid.

    2. Object Number: 49328 Size: SH
  2. Install the solenoid(s).
  3. Install the retaining clips.

    4. Object Number: 48210 Size: SH
  4. Install the wiring harness.

    5. Object Number: 49409 Size: SH
  5. Install the wiring harness to the solenoid valve(s) and/or the sensor.
  6. Install the case side cover. Refer to Control Valve Body Cover Replacement .
