Inspect the RADIO, RFA, HVAC, CLUSTER, DATA LINK fuse.

Is the RADIO, RFA, HVAC, CLUSTER, DATA LINK fuse open?

  1. Replace the RADIO, RFA, HVAC, CLUSTER, DATA LINK fuse.
  2. Test the RADIO, RFA, HVAC, CLUSTER, DATA LINK fuse again.

Is the RADIO, RFA, HVAC, CLUSTER, DATA LINK fuse open again?

Using a test light, connect between the Data Link Connector (DLC) terminals 4 and 16.

Is the test light on?
