  1. Slide the sunroof sunshade to the open position.
  2. Position the sunroof window to the fully closed position.
  3. Separately loosen the sunroof window screws on both sides of the window.
  4. Individually adjust the 4 corners of the window panel.
  5. Adjust the front of the sunroof window. Ensure that the sunroof window front (3) is 0.1 mm (1/32 in) below the top surface of the roof panel. The window seal (1) is centered.
  6. Adjust the rear of the sunroof window. Ensure that the rear of the sunroof window (2) is 0.1 mm (1/32 in) above the top surface of the roof panel.

    Notice: Use the correct fastener in the correct location. Replacement fasteners must be the correct part number for that application. Fasteners requiring replacement or fasteners requiring the use of thread locking compound or sealant are identified in the service procedure. Do not use paints, lubricants, or corrosion inhibitors on fasteners or fastener joint surfaces unless specified. These coatings affect fastener torque and joint clamping force and may damage the fastener. Use the correct tightening sequence and specifications when installing fasteners in order to avoid damage to parts and systems.

  8. Tighten the sunroof window screws.
  9. Tighten
    Tighten the sunroof window screws to 4 N·m (35 lb in).
