Tools Required

J 38778 Door Trim Pad and Garnish Clip Remover

1. Remove the front carpet retainer. Refer to Carpet Retainer Replacement .
2. Remove the rear carpet retainer. Refer to Carpet Retainer Replacement .



3. Starting wih the top retainer use the J 38778 to disengage the retainers and remove the lower trim panel from the center pillar.
4. Remove the seat belt from the slot in the lower trim panel.

1. Install the seat belt to the slot in the lower trim panel.



2. Install the lower trim panel to the center pillar.
3. Push firmly on the lower trim panel in order to seat the retainers.
4. Install the rear carpet retainer. Refer to Carpet Retainer Replacement .
5. Install the front carpet retainer. Refer to Carpet Retainer Replacement .
