The instrument panel cluster (IPC) turns the LOW TIRE Indicator ON for approximately 3 seconds when the ignition switch is turned to the RUN position during the IPC bulb check . If the EBCM sets a Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) the EBCM sends a class 2 message to the IPC to command the LOW TIRE Indicator on.
• | Perform a thorough inspection of the wiring and the connectors. Failure to carefully and fully inspect the wiring and the connectors may result in misdiagnosis, causing part replacement with a reappearance of the malfunction. |

- | Improper mating |
- | Broken locks |
- | Improperly formed or damaged terminals |
- | Poor terminal-to-wiring connections |
