The following components may be damaged:

1. Inspect the components.
2. Replace the components as needed. Refer to the appropriate procedure:

•	Ignition and Key Alarm Switch Assembly - Disassemble - Off Vehicle

•	Ignition and Key Alarm Switch Assembly - Assemble - Off Vehicle

•	Steering Column Lock Cylinder Set - Disassemble - Off Vehicle

•	Steering Column Lock Cylinder Set - Assemble - Off Vehicle

The ignition key is worn or damaged.

1. Inspect the ignition key.
2. Replace the ignition key as necessary.
