Ignition Lock Cylinder Replacement - On Vehicle Floor Shift

1. Disconnect the battery negative cable. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection in Engine Electrical.
2. Disable the SIR system. Refer to Disabling the SIR System in SIR.
3. Remove the steering column shrouds. Refer to Steering Column Trim Covers Replacement - On Vehicle .
4. Remove the steering column lock cylinder. Refer to Steering Column Lock Cylinder Set - Disassemble - Off Vehicle .

1. Install the steering column lock cylinder. Refer to Steering Column Lock Cylinder Set - Assemble - Off Vehicle .
2. Install the steering column shrouds. Refer to Steering Column Trim Covers Replacement - On Vehicle .
3. Enable the SIR system. Refer to Disabling the SIR System in SIR.
4. Connect the battery negative cable. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection in Engine Electrical.

Ignition Lock Cylinder Replacement - On Vehicle Column Shift

1. Disconnect the battery negative cable. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection in Engine Electrical.
2. Disable the SIR system. Refer to Disabling the SIR System in SIR.
3. Remove the steering column shrouds. Refer to Steering Column Trim Covers Replacement - On Vehicle .
4. Remove the steering column lock cylinder. Refer to Steering Column Lock Cylinder Set - Disassemble - Off Vehicle .

1. Install the steering column lock cylinder. Refer to Steering Column Lock Cylinder Set - Assemble - Off Vehicle .
2. Install the steering column shrouds. Refer to Steering Column Trim Covers Replacement - On Vehicle .
3. Enable the SIR system. Refer to Disabling the SIR System in SIR.
4. Connect the battery negative cable. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection in Engine Electrical.
