Did you perform the BCM Diagnostic System Check?

Go to Step 3

Go to Diagnostic System Check - Body Control System in Body Control System.

1. Install a scan tool.
2. Close all of the vehicle doors.
3. Turn the ignition switch to the RUN position.
4. WOW the cluster ON and OFF.

Does the door ajar light toggle ON and OFF?

Go to Step 4

Go to Step 5

1. Turn the ignition switch to the RUN position.
2. Using the scan tool, enter into the instrument cluster inputs.
3. Open and close the doors.

Does the door ajar input toggle ON and OFF?

Go to Diagnostic System Check - Instrument Cluster

Go to Diagnostic System Check - Body Control System in Body Control System.

Replace the instrument cluster. Refer to Instrument Cluster Replacement .

Is the repair complete?
