Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the front floor console from the vehicle. Refer to Front Floor Console Replacement

  2. Object Number: 689959  Size: SH
  3. Remove the screws from the storage tray door.

  4. Object Number: 689967  Size: SH
  5. Remove the screws from the storage tray base.

  6. Object Number: 689965  Size: SH
  7. Remove the storage tray from the front floor console by pulling out.

Installation Procedure


    Object Number: 689965  Size: SH
  1. Position the storage tray to the front floor console.

  2. Object Number: 689959  Size: SH

    Notice: Use the correct fastener in the correct location. Replacement fasteners must be the correct part number for that application. Fasteners requiring replacement or fasteners requiring the use of thread locking compound or sealant are identified in the service procedure. Do not use paints, lubricants, or corrosion inhibitors on fasteners or fastener joint surfaces unless specified. These coatings affect fastener torque and joint clamping force and may damage the fastener. Use the correct tightening sequence and specifications when installing fasteners in order to avoid damage to parts and systems.

  3. Install the screws to the storage tray door.
  4. Tighten
    Tighten the front floor console tray screws to 2 N·m (18 lb in).

  5. Install the screws to the storage tray base.
  6. Tighten
    Tighten the storage tray base screws to 2 N·m (18 lb in).

  7. Install the front floor console to the vehicle. Refer to Front Floor Console Replacement
