The purpose of this bulletin is to notify technicians that all sunroof parts
are available from GMSPO.
Sunroof assemblies that are replaced after this bulletin is released will be
100% parts return to the WPC and analyzed to determine if a complete assembly was
necessary or if properly servicing the components of the assembly would have been
appropriate.
An analysis of each returned sunroof with be forwarded to the appropriate Brand
Quality Manger and Region for review and action, as appropriate.
Dealership technicians are advised to contact Technical Assistance Center if
they require assistance in the repairs to the sunroof assemblies.
