This bulletin is being revised to clarify the information contained in this bulletin as well as add models and model years.. Please discard Corporate Bulletin Number 06-00-89-019 (Section 00 - General Information).
Important: "GM of Canada" Dealers and "NAES" Dealers are not authorized to utilize this service bulletin.
The program that provides dealers with fluorescent recall follow-up post cards at no charge has been discontinued. GM enrolled all dealers in the GM Recall Follow-Up Program effective September 1, 2004, which eliminated the need for dealers to send the fluorescent recall follow-up cards to customers. Refer to DCS Message VSR20040004, date 10/15/04 for more details regarding the GM Recall Follow-Up Program.
