Condition
Some customers may comment on windnoise or a whistle around the mirrors on the front doors. This noise may only occur above specific speeds or in a crosswind.
Cause
This condition may be caused by an excessive gap between the bottom of the mirror patch and the belt molding or air leakage at the cut line on the mirror assembly.
Correction
Important: Repair both doors at time of repair.
Install the Cut Line Gasket Kit along with a base gasket following the instructions in the kit.
