Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the instrument panel cluster (IPC) trim plate. Refer to Instrument Panel Cluster Trim Plate Bezel Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gages, and Console.
  2. Remove the electrical connection at the air temperature sensor.

    3. Object Number: 176925 Size: SH
  3. Remove the air temperature sensor; disconnect the air temperature sensor from the aspirator duct.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 176925 Size: SH

    Important: Ensure the air temperature sensor is sealed to the instrument panel cluster trim plate in order prevent sampling the air behind the dash.

  1. Install the air temperature sensor to the aspirator duct.

    2. Ensure that the duct is connected at the module.

  2. Connect the electrical connector for the sensor.
  3. Install the IPC trim plate. Refer to Instrument Panel Cluster Trim Plate Bezel Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gages and Console.
