Engine Oil Pressure Sensor and/or Switch Replacement for Buick Regal 2003

1. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle in General Information.
2. Disconnect the engine oil pressure sensor electrical connector.
3. Remove the engine oil pressure sensor.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.




1. Install the engine oil pressure sensor.

Tighten
Tighten the engine oil pressure sensor to 16 N·m (12 lb ft).

2. Connect the engine oil pressure sensor electrical connector.
3. Lower the vehicle.
4. Fill the crankcase as necessary. Refer to Engine Oil and Oil Filter Replacement .
