For 1990-2009 cars only
- Clean the flywheel (1) in solvent.
- Dry the flywheel with compressed air.
- Inspect the automatic transmission flywheel (1) for the following:

| • | Stress cracks around the flywheel-to-crankshaft bolt hole locations |
| • | Weight saving holes |
