Preliminary Procedures

1. Disconnect the negative battery cable. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection.
2. Remove the instrument panel lower trim panel - co-driver side. Refer to Instrument Panel Lower Trim Panel Replacement.
3. Remove temperature valve actuator - right side Refer to Temperature Valve Actuator Replacement - Right Side.
4. Remove the heater and blower and air conditioning control module. Refer to Heater and Blower and Air Conditioning Control Module Replacement.

Recirculation Actuator Fastener (Qty: 3)

Procedure

Disconnect the recirculation actuator electrical connector.
