Pull handle back to remove cap. Use suitable tool to unsnap.

Procedure

1. Use a KM-569-A plug lifter to aid in the removal of the door trim panel.
2. Pull upwards on the door lock retainer cable to disengage.
3. Disconnect electrical connector.
