Preliminary Procedure

1. Remove headlining trim panel. Refer to Headlining Trim Panel Replacement.
2. Remove sunroof window height and opening fit adjustment. Refer to Sunroof Window Height and Opening Fit Adjustment.

Sunroof Housing Fastener (Qty: 12)

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

Procedure

1. Disconnect the wiring harness connector of the motor.
2. Disconnect the front and rear drain hose.
3. Unscrew the fastener.
4. For removal and installation the sunroof assembly, it is necessary to have 2 mechanics support.
5. After installation of the sunroof assembly, it is necessary to check the adjustment of the sunroof window.

Tighten
9 N·m (80 lb in)
