Radiator Air Baffle Assemblies and Deflectors Upper

Removal Procedure

  1. Raise the hood.

  2. Object Number: 528142  Size: SH
  3. Remove the upper radiator air deflector push-in retainers (1).
  4. Remove the upper radiator air deflector (2).

Installation Procedure


    Object Number: 528142  Size: SH
  1. Install the upper radiator air deflector (2) to the hood.
  2. Install the upper radiator air deflector push-in retainers (1).
  3. Lower the hood.

Radiator Air Baffle Assemblies and Deflectors Side

Removal Procedure

  1. Raise the hood.

  2. Object Number: 530677  Size: SH

    Important: Left side shown. Right side is opposite.

  3. Remove the radiator side air baffle push-in retainers.
  4. Remove the radiator side air baffle(s).

Installation Procedure


    Object Number: 530677  Size: SH
  1. Install the radiator side air baffle(s) to the vehicle.
  2. Install the radiator side air baffle push-in retainers.
  3. Lower the hood.

Removal Procedure

  1. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle in General Information.

  2. Object Number: 457548  Size: SH
  3. Remove the radiator lower air deflector bolts.
  4. Remove the radiator lower air deflector.

Installation Procedure

  1. Install the radiator lower air deflector.

  2. Object Number: 457548  Size: SH

    Notice: Use the correct fastener in the correct location. Replacement fasteners must be the correct part number for that application. Fasteners requiring replacement or fasteners requiring the use of thread locking compound or sealant are identified in the service procedure. Do not use paints, lubricants, or corrosion inhibitors on fasteners or fastener joint surfaces unless specified. These coatings affect fastener torque and joint clamping force and may damage the fastener. Use the correct tightening sequence and specifications when installing fasteners in order to avoid damage to parts and systems.

  3. Install the radiator lower air deflector bolts.
  4. Tighten
    Tighten the radiator lower air deflector bolts to 20 N·m (15 lb ft).

  5. Lower the vehicle.
