Two Stage Orifice Description CJ4
The two stage orifice is an electric solenoid, which has two positions (sizes) 1.092 mm (0.043 in) or 1.6 mm (0.063 in).
The two stage orifice changes positions from the larger size to the smaller size depending on:

| • | Vehicle speed |
| • | Vehicle engine RPM(s) |
| • | A/C pressure lower limits |
| • | A/C pressure upper limits |
