Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the right IP insulator. Refer to Instrument Panel Insulator Replacement in Instrument Panel Gauges and Console.

    2. Object Number: 531160 Size: SH
  2. Disconnect the two stage orifice relay push in retainer (1) from the cross vehicle beam.
  3. Disconnect the electrical connector (2).
  4. Remove the two stage orifice relay.

Installation Procedure
  1. Install the two stage orifice relay.

    2. Object Number: 531160 Size: SH
  2. Connect the electrical connector (2).
  3. Install the two stage orifice relay (1) to the cross vehicle beam.
  4. Install the right IP insulator. Refer to Instrument Panel Insulator Replacement in Instrument Panel Gauges and Console.
