Inspect the RADIO, RFA, HVAC, CLUSTER, CEL TEL fuse.

Is the RADIO, RFA, HVAC, CLUSTER, CEL TEL fuse open?

  1. Replace the RADIO, RFA, HVAC, CLUSTER, CEL TEL fuse.
  2. Check the RADIO, RFA, HVAC, CLUSTER, CEL TEL fuse again.

Is the RADIO, RFA, HVAC, CLUSTER, CEL TEL fuse open again?

Using a test light, connect between the Data Link Connector (DLC) terminals 4 and 16.

Is the test light on?

Using a test light, connect between the DLC terminals 5 and 16.

Using a test light, connect between the DLC terminal 16 and ground.
