  1. Install a Scan Tool.
  2. Turn the ignition switch to the RUN position.
  3. WOW the cluster ON.

Does the door ajar light illuminate?

  1. Using the scan tool.
  2. Turn the ignition switch to the RUN position.
  3. Doors closed.
  4. Observe the instrument cluster inputs.
  5. Open and close the doors.

Does the door ajar light illuminate and the input toggle on and off?

Go to Step 5

  1. Using the scan tool.
  2. Turn the ignition switch to the RUN position.
  3. Doors closed.
  4. Observe the instrument cluster inputs.
  5. Open and close the doors.

Does the door ajar lamp input toggle on and off?
