| • | J 23907 Slide Hammer with Bearing Adapter |
| • | J 26941 Bushing/Bearing Remover |
| • | J 36511 Oil Plug Hex Bit |
| • | J 36800 Shift Rail Bushing Remover |
- Remove the retaining ring for the shift shaft bushing.
- Remove the shift shaft bushing. The bushing will wiggle out with a pair of pliers.
- Remove the shift shaft bushing, using the J 23907 and the J 36800 . Thread the J 36800 into the shift rail bushing.
- Use the J 26941 and J 23907 in order to remove the main shaft seal.
- Use the J 36511 in order to remove the oil drain plug, if equipped.
Important: Only remove the shift shaft bushing and shift shaft bearing if faulty.
