Power Steering Pump Pulley Replacement LA1

Removal Procedure
- Remove the power steering pump from the engine for clearance. Refer to Power Steering Pump Replacement .
- Use the J 25034-C in order to remove the pump pulley.
Installation Procedure
- Use theJ 25033-C in order to install the power steering pump pulley.
- Install the power steering pump to the engine. Refer to Power Steering Pump Replacement .
Important:
• Ensure that the face of the pulley hub is flush with the end of the pump
shaft. • Do not use the arbor press to install the pulley.

Removal Procedure
- Remove the power steering pump from the engine for clearance. Refer to Power Steering Pump Replacement .
- Use the J 25034-C and J 25034-257 in order to remove the pump pulley.
Installation Procedure
- Use Mac® Tools Power Steering Pump Pulley Service Kit or equivalent, to install the power steering pump pulley.
- Install the power steering pump to the engine. Refer to Power Steering Pump Replacement .
Important:
• Ensure that the face of the pulley hub is flush to within 0.25 mm (0.010 in) with the end of the pump shaft. • Do not use the arbor press to install the pulley.
