Tools Required

1. Remove the accessory drive belt. Refer to Drive Belt Replacement .
2. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle in General Information.
3. Use the J 41816-A in order to remove the crankshaft balancer. Refer to Crankshaft Balancer Removal .
4. Use a utility stand to support the right side of the frame and powertrain.
5. Remove the right side frame bolts. Refer to Front Frame Replacement in Frame and Underbody.
6. Raise the vehicle or lower the frame and powertrain in order to gain access to the crankshaft balancer.

1. Install the crankshaft balancer. Refer to Crankshaft Balancer Installation .
2. Install the accessory drive belt. Refer to Drive Belt Replacement .
3. Lower the vehicle or raise the frame and powertrain in order to align the frame to the vehicle.
4. Install the frame right side bolts. Refer to Front Frame Replacement in Frame and Underbody.
5. Remove the utility stand.
6. Lower the vehicle.
