Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 1386751 Size: SH
  1. Remove the engine wiring harness clip from the power steering reservoir.
  2. Remove the power steering reservoir stud (2).
  3. Reposition the power steering reservoir (1) in order to access the engine wiring harness electrical connector for the intake manifold runner control module.

    4. Object Number: 1878719 Size: SH
  4. Disconnect the engine wiring harness electrical connector (1) from the intake manifold runner control module.

    5. Object Number: 1878721 Size: SH
  5. Remove the intake manifold runner control module (1) from the engine wiring harness bracket.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 1878721 Size: SH
  1. Install the intake manifold runner control module (1) to the engine wiring harness bracket.

    2. Object Number: 1878719 Size: SH
  2. Connect the engine wiring harness electrical connector (1) to the intake manifold runner control module.

    3. Object Number: 1386751 Size: SH
  3. Position the power steering reservoir (1).

    4. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

  4. Install the power steering reservoir stud (2).

    5. Tighten
    Tighten the stud to 25 N·m (18 lb ft).

  5. Install the engine wiring harness clip to the power steering reservoir.
