Makes 🢒 Buick 🢒 2006 🢒 Rendezvous - AWD 🢒 Engine 🢒 Engine Controls - 3.6L 🢒 Camshaft Position Sensor Replacement - Bank 2 (Left Side) Exhaust

Removal Procedure
  1. Turn the ignition OFF.

    2. Object Number: 1394061 Size: SH

    Important: Do not disconnect the power steering fluid lines/hoses from the reservoir.

  2. Remove the camshaft position (CMP) sensor electrical connector (2).

    3. Object Number: 1395986 Size: SH
  3. Disconnect the CMP sensor bolt.
  4. Remove the CMP sensor.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 1395986 Size: SH
  1. Install the CMP sensor.

    2. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

  2. Install the CMP sensor bolt.

    3. Tighten
    Tighten the CMP sensor bolt to 10 N·m (89 lb in).

  3. Connect the CMP sensor electrical connector (2).
