Automatic Level Control Air Compressor Shield Replacement for Buick Rendezvous - FWD 2003

1. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle .
2. Lower the automatic level control (ALC). air compressor assembly. Refer to Air Compressor Replacement .



3. Remove the ALC shield bolt (1) and retainers.
4. Remove the ALC shield (2) from the vehicle.

1. Install the ALC shield (2) onto the vehicle.
2. Install the ALC shield bolt (1) and retainers to the vehicle.

Tighten
Tighten the bolts to 6 N·m (53 in lb).

3. Install the ALC compressor assembly onto the vehicle. Refer to Air Compressor Replacement .
4. Lower the vehicle.
