Condition
Some customers may comment that the air deflectors in the center floor console are inoperative, broken or missing. Some customers may comment that the center console door latch is broken or will no longer hold the door closed.
Correction
The components shown in the parts table below have been released to service the center floor console of the Rendezvous.
Important: The service procedure for the air deflectors is shown in SI document #877952. The service procedure for the latch replacement -- console door is in SI document #877942. Refer to these documents when it is necessary to service these components.
