Transmission Vent Replacement for Buick Rendezvous - FWD 2004

1. Remove the air inlet duct. Refer to the appropriate service information.

•	Refer to Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement in Engine Controls - 3.4L.

•	Refer to Air Cleaner Inlet Duct Replacement in Engine Controls - 3.6L (LY7).

2. Use a hammer and a chisel in order to raise the transaxle vent seat off of the transaxle (37).



3. Use a flat-bladed tool in order to pry the transaxle vent out of the transaxle (37).

1. Use a small hammer and a flat-bladed tool and tap down on the transaxle vent seat in order to install the transaxle vent (37).
2. Install the air inlet duct. Refer to the appropriate service information.
