Makes 🢒 Buick 🢒 2006 🢒 Rendezvous - FWD 🢒 Engine 🢒 Engine Mechanical - 3.6L 🢒 Oil Pan Replacement

Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the powertrain module from the vehicle and install the engine to an engine stand. Refer to Engine Replacement .
  2. Remove the A/C compressor with the hoses from the engine. Refer to Air Conditioning (A/C) Compressor Removal .
  3. Remove the engine front cover. Refer to Engine Front Cover Replacement .

    4. Object Number: 1394086 Size: SH
  4. Remove the oil pan. Refer to Oil Pan Removal .
  5. Perform the following steps as necessary.
    6. 5.1. Disassemble the oil pan. Refer to Oil Pan Disassemble
    5.2. Clean and inspect the oil pan. Refer to Oil Pan Cleaning and Inspection .

Installation Procedure
  1. Assemble the oil pan as necessary. Refer to Oil Pan Assemble .

    2. Object Number: 1394086 Size: SH
  2. Install the oil pan. Refer to Oil Pan Installation .
  3. Install the engine front cover. Refer to Engine Front Cover Replacement .
  4. Install the A/C compressor with the hoses to the engine. Refer to Air Conditioning (A/C) Compressor Installation .
  5. Install the engine to the transmission and frame and install the assembled powertrain module to the vehicle. Refer to Engine Replacement .
