Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 1645238 Size: SH
  1. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle .
  2. Remove the resonator heat shield nuts (1).
  3. Remove the resonator heat shield.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 1645238 Size: SH
  1. Position the resonator heat shield to the underbody.

    2. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

  2. Install the resonator heat shield nuts (1).

    3. Tighten
    Tighten the nuts to 10 N·m (89 lb in).

  3. Lower the vehicle.
